What counts as a request
One call to CountWatch. A batch of up to 10,000 counts is one request, so send counts in batches, not one by one.
What happens at the limit
Free stops accepting new counts at its monthly limit and never charges you; it starts again the next month. Pro keeps going past its included requests; each extra million is added to your Pro invoice.
